department one stalinism
i used to be a 5 year plan advocate
now
well if you remove the fortress of socialism aim
ie note clearly
a failed state is not the same as an occupied state
the proles can lose their revolutionary gains by building the capacity to thwart capitalist invasion etc …
that primal and maximal accumulation
are perhaps the historic tasks of capitalism
that tech lite solutions ala yenan and eritrea are the base area summits
of actual socialisn etc

what does state capitalism mean
the lower stages of socialization of production
still retain the commodity production system right ??
so the d of p must remain to that extent
a union of soviets incorporated
ie a system where the state guides society thru the laws of commodity value
ie bourgeoise rights are enforced
i guess maximum state capitalism is simply socializing
the total producers surplus
or at least the state as agent of society in general
extracting the maximum of that surplus
or forcing it thru lower final product prices
out of the production system and into household consummer surplus
if so
then securitization of capital is a partial sublation
that by generalizing the exploitation to a faceless de personalized portfolio return
allows the personal conscience to view exploitation in reality
with no awareness of personal complicity
so long as they can strive for socially respectable corporate governence green fair transparent etc
then the reality can be expunged by a very easy
bad faith vanishing act

job skill scrap and build cycles
conjecture
a period of rising skill/unskill pay gaps is temporary over all in a capitalist production system
intuition
wheres the profit motive in change otherwise
what are the aggragate laws of motion of the creative destruction racket
as it applies itself to the pay structure of the job markets
destroying old skill systems
to install and institute new skill systems
leads to some place between a higher ratio of lower skill job hours per output unit in that sector
and a total hours reduction in that out put unit
dimensions:
skill/non skill job pay out ratio per output unit
measures by hours x hourly rate
ie
15 hours of the i-th skill x pay rate per hour of the i-th skill
sum over all i skills
total job pay out per output unit
note thios is not inconsistent with a secular rise in base society productive skills
if the production of these basic skills is socialized ie
free pub ed etc
all this maintains or even reduces the prevailing skill free wage
while increasing the skill free wage earners capacity
to aquire existing job task competence
