Schema of a collective dwelling:

the centralization and collectivization of the
economic, cultural, and social factors of the
dwelling process;

the reduction of the "apartment" to an
individual living cell. One room for each
adult person,

whose content (function) is a living room
and a bedroom;

the reproduction of a single space
undifferentiated dwelling on a higher level;

material and organizational forms of life.
