 just heard on the radio

the blue whale pop is up

but the whole 
 eel  sector
continuing a thiry year decline 
took a real beating 
down massively 
into
 penny stock territory

on the plant front 

pines are up
and grapevines too

but apples  and soy beans 
wild hickory 
and lilacs 
are down and
in a real surprise 
 so are
sugar maples 

despite these declines 
 broader hard woods index
battered recently
 by dry fires 
 held steady 
thanks to rising numbers 
of peach and oak
and hondurous mahoganay
