AND BY CONTRAST 

"Six in 10 said high-income families
 were paying too little in taxes"

so far so good   but .....

 " 20 years ago
 almost eight in 10
 said high income families 
were paying too little"

thats the edge 
when the profiteers put their wizards to work
and fund em adequately

the 20% shift  further away 
                   from the facts
even as the facts themselves 
moved 
yet another long league in the opposite direction 

wow

call it what it is
