must be rewarded by the system 

nothing oughta stand in its way

so in my wonderland
labor input

now the hard side

this produces "job re-dun-dents"

so what does one do
after looking
at the full potential 
of your total human resource pool

how do we incentive -ise 
all our independent
hiring and firing nodes

so they in aggregate
get society wide
human type resources
out there
( at unit pareto opt levels )
to the furthest feasible 
hourly value product fronteer ???

ugh 

yes pareto job choices 
ie human unit output max
without
any one unit losing 
wage per hour income
total hour employment etc etc 

try that on for size pokes
