now we have the lesson of both
the 80's bio tech and the 90's dot com 

....bubbles
to show ups and downs 

regardless they both showed 
ever more generously treated 
"closely held private capital "
is hardly the only way
to cook up
a huger batch of bizz innovations 

too many folks throw out 
the crazy ness of it all

very interesting stock comp deals 
the dot com-ers came up with 
to tap their own group rave thing

i nominate 
cap ahab and his pequod crew as 
the perfect literary model 
for bold venturing

greatness comes 
with a better then even chance 
of total destruction
