 had a very serious constraint.....food

now china has a trillion dollars in hard cash

talk about a natural 

 next  ten years
    feed the cities from abroad
while you rebuild the food base domestically

with zillions of low tech man hours 


the party only needs to stop 
playing fiddle faddle
end the pinch penny
               caution
  open up
the contract  job  auction 
 in the countryside to full bore blow out 

flood  all rural areas
at once
with large scale projects
 health and education 

are u afraid you'll spoil the peasants ???


fact 
the countryside can  supply  50 million 
 fresh  non agri 
         job holders every  two years 

and that could easily accelerate 
if  the inevitable
 plot consolidation and mechanization 
        could begin to  set
               a  more rapid pace  


but ahhh ....

you all have grown so flaccid 

you aren't even bold enough
to see the easy road ahead 
means hit the accelerator 

why chance it eh??

a true cost constraint spiral unsustainable 
as they grow productive capacity at brake neck speeed  
 
at this point the labor scarcities bitched about  
come and go like whorls in a spring freshet  
rushing for the sea

this is a complete waste of labor hours

means little actual long range agri improvements  
get the pick and shovel flying 
 
do a harry hopkins gig .. a wpa

plant a forest dig road beds  
 
too much chow demand ???

nothing low tech has a capacity limit over there
