what the euro trans nats want

is to bust the hours ceiling so they can take full advantage of high rates of unemployment 
the hours constraint "macro" protects the wagery
from its own "micro" rational response to an unlimited hour regime 

the high job scarcity rate will only go higher

because full employment macro policy is not possible given the procrutean 
euro regime with its fiscal deficit caps and its crushing central bank 

notice the eu ancients england and sweden have said mobilitty is ok

they're not in the euro zone
