how old is old enough

 " our mother earth ..."
said the great
  lord kelvin

  (around 1870 or so
   after he'd made
    careful calculations
       of her present heat level
       her observable heat loss rate
     and a best estimate
            of her original heat capacity
                  etc etc )
     " can
             only be
about 20 million years old "

          "only " as in...

              therefore
         not long enough
      for lyle and darwins
                methods
           to have shaped her
                      as she is
                      and produced her critters

================================

old hutton had figured it was
well
  "near ageless'

ie
     plenty of time
for god damn near anything to happen any way

 typing sophoclean monkeys and such

   now of course
kelvin's own motives don't really matter
  however
 this "value free
result of applying hard science "
     greatly helped
get providence back on the fast track
well not the bible's 8k sprint track

                   but way faster then ...

this finding
 formed
along with the continuous mix theory
   of gene pool mean regression
 the second part
of
the famous
double bind
"birth day and blend constraints "

at any rate both got burst
around 1900
mendel et al did in the blend

and
some fools around the same time
     had
 stumbled on to
the full consequences
    of "isotopic radiation"

they found outif you add that in
       the august english lord
                had missed
       some serious potential heat sources

about 99% of the total in fact

  so mother in a flash
   got herself
back to a long flight line
and the right set of elementals

    ahhh science
don't its zig zag march

always kick up a nice new
               political axe or two

note:

 so then if so
        whats
  the science finding behind
         the present intell-d wave ???

 nothing

  some nonsense
revives
just by being ready to hand'
      and meeting
       the momentary requirements
         of the klass struggle

  spontaneous generation
