 the white paper is out
and.....

the  party of the whole  market reds 
         is planning on  
           sticking  it out 
             all alone up there on top
                               of the PRC 

 " its the  surest stablest 
              path to democracy "

well  i bet  that's  a relief 
to the 500 million 
   bobbing about 
        in the  miracle boom's  back wash
