lot tax and export tax revisted

so lot price soarings need to be taxed away 

and fast

but this requires a cadre of assessors 
to value out each and every lot 
assess and re assess
collect and re collect
keeping
   lot prices as near to zero
         as time and effort  allows 

up side besides the revenue

       no need to allocate  developers  credit so foolishly

with  lot tax max
 build  max  follows immediately  
  funds flow and flow fast
      into  hard construction 

    not lot purchase spec-ing 
         and 
"holding for the big kill  "

no one will pay these high burn rates
   for even a year
     on unused lots

go slow

but catch the wind falls
with 
shrewdly 
slapped  on  item by item export taxes 
again crank up the cadre 

it will pay for itself 

make em nimbleand always play to the low side
 not  min min 
but indulgent
 
 try to keep  the units moving  east ie
  keep this side of the  back bend

this is not  by intent
  a  simple vein tap
where one cries
 damn the host    
its more a 
     socializzzzzzzzzzzzzation
                     on the installment plan 
                                   type extraction   system

a  semi forever
         non supply damping  
                excess commercial profit tap 

non damping except where one wishes 
for sound  singapore school type biz reasons
to pull an indirect
      value added enhancing
                        damp and switch
