but why   polarization too ?


  well maybe 
       its because
                today 
              our congressional
                          general elections 
                            are pure theatre ...

for  20 years
            we've allowed
        the two headed hack-factory 
          to 
    rig  Congressional redistricting

              qed 

  and this  sure thing 
one party Gerrymandering at the state level  
          leads 
as if by lock step not just to 
encumbent
hegemony
 
  
  but over time
by the slow path of replacement
   to ever more
  strife and decentering
    to  congressional inter party 
            fire works 
            to  party polarization 


 its a case of A leads to B leads to C leads to D

heres how ...

        the riggery leads to 

" The expansion in the number
 of “safe” seats
 in the House "
  
 and that leads 
when a  party safe
          seat opens up
                to 

   B 
 the  decisiveness
of the    primaries

which leads 
because of primaries low turn out
  to

      C 
  an advantage 
               for high intensity 
                    base mobilizers 

ie   ideological candidates

which leads to too many wins for" fringers "

        and that AFTER TIME  
leads to   D

representatives 
 moving up  to the Senate

 where they  help  widen
 the partisan gulf "
