han menace looms as globe braces for textile shake out

thats the head line

running over the 500 billion dollar
international market
for cloth and clothing

cause come jan 1 2005

the quotas are gonzo

and the big yellow machine
will finally get
to unleash its full stuff....

=========================================

  the drama has multipule locales

since till january
the globe has a shared out system
 of fabricating fabrications

that all changes and the little guys are croaked

only south asia's india and pakistan
plus maybe brazil
hold any chance of staying in the game

the han look to grab the better half of the whole

-----------------------------

my guess the chinese authorities
will at least keep the asean countries goin
by restraining themselves
and
thru their over seas chinese networks
throwing bones to their southern neighbors

why not

geo politics
uber alles
right?

since the habn types
basically control the asean economies anyway

they'll be
keeping it in the familly
if not the country

-------------------------

but what about north carolina?

  well heres the deal

6 billion in annual
retail price reductions
are estimated to result from all this
if the savings are all past thru to ultimate buyers

why not put a tax on this
say take half
"the savings' away
from uz soverign consumers
and use it to rejob the carolina losers

why not?

cause bigger raus mean lowerwages

its already a win win for kapin kappy

why goof that up ....
