 a lower wage rate road

since the skill aquisition

him/her
  only the time
 he/she took to aquire it

then its worth
 does that deserve?

   if  the full cost 
      of emplanting all thjis new skill 
came out of  his/her very own pocket

it went from our taxes

allowing this geep to get by on lower wages

cause if the deal worked 
out much different
you'd see the credit  benes 
whittled away

are going
