pay as you go international trade

    use monetary policy 
to keep the american 
foreign trade  system 
    in balance

right now that would call for
 a rocket fast 
         dollar devaluation


   if done?

      result :
            no need to protect our jobs
      
          cause " more or less"
             when
              we're shippin 
                     as much as we receive

we're producin' 
 as many jobs as we're losin'

           no matter how overvalued
                 can be counteracted
                             by monetary action

other central banks need to "co-operate"
