in late july
during the new huac meetings 
while we've got cousin burns on the barbie

I get this notion
" somebodies got 
to do 
a quick cheap shot 
 on that
washed up   hit man
 they found " naturally "dead
 in the gotham  hotel 
with a ten million dollar check
baring the alleged 
signature of one  larry flynt
and a short  "to do " list
 that 
included the likes
of  flynt rivals
hugh  heffner bob  guiccione 
and unaccountably
the late  bennet cerf 
and jack lalane 
   
I  get larry himself on the phone

he's like that

work with him once 
and 
he takes your calls ever after

" ya ya sure meat i got ya

but u know what 
i'd like to see
 how about some real stories
first person stories
real voices 
told your way
compilation style
out of their personal artifacts 
and effects 
pictures reconstructs
u know fast cheap easy
