   or call center assistence etc etc 

    automation in the services
    of speed up and stretch out 
   vs enhanced output
    with the same work intensity 

   ie technicalyy welfare enhancing progress
   not by exploiting 
    fewer of the more
   and increasing the jobless bottom 
    for the benefit of  maybe a few more
