if you live
in a world
where
commodities
are
still produced
and who doesn't
where
only fools
fail to observe
the law of value
( even
if they
wisely
choose
to violate it
anyway )
then
isn't
any real time
socialism
bound to be
commercialism
too ?
=====================
I contend
our better future
involves
a stage
of commercial
socialism
in fact
if not
in name
so
maybe we
ought to
rid our selves
of any
patty burger
nose pinch
reaction
we
STILL display
when
in the company
of
mundane commerce
----------------------------------------
ITS NOT
ALL ABOUT
THE PECULIAR COMMODITY
STUPID
----------------------
sure sure sure
capitalist
exploitation
requires
exploited
wagelings
bought on markets
i get that
folks
but lowly
commerce
is only
a precondition.....
a place to cheat
for sure
but
not exploit
--------------------------------
payin full price
for
a 6 pack of peculars
and
then
gettin em to build
you a house for sale
and
a nice profit
on the side
that
ain't cheatin right?
( long as you pay
"the prevailing wage" )
( by the way
don't forget
its only
exploiting
if you turn a profit
on the sale
either
fer yerself
or someone
else)
(by the way
profits
comrades
believe me
they
ain't automatic)
(speaking
of which
maybe
you all
should
have
a few
red ink
moments
yourself
some time ...
see how
the better half
lives for once...
then again
if you'd
just as soon
remain a spectator
you can always
vide
my
" another shade of red"
posts
here at the house )
-----------------------------------------
back to my present-point
now
that all being
granted
it follows
when socialism
comes back
around
the bend of history
again
if
there
still
will be
commodities
and
there will
then
since
where
you got
C's
you got
markets
whether you
want em or not
whether
brass banded
or
speak easied
since
the big C
means the big M
even if
you got
no
peculiar C's
running free
selling themselves
and getting exploited
even if
morphed
considerably
commerce
is there waiting
to continue
cause
commerce
is not just
a precondion
of capitalism
its a
post conditon too
so
i say
" heres to you stinko"
and while I'm at it
" here's to you
too
' law of value'
in every instance
may
you both
expire
right on time
not
a minute
too soon
nor
a minute
too late "
