cooking is now a learned profession

and so is paralegaling

an auto loaner filling a form
is a manger

its all part of the new
proposed overtime regs

key fact
 professionals and managers
don’t get OT

SO THE NEW REGS JUST CREATED
8 MILLION NEW PROS and managers

 bingo fixxo

my question

why’d it take so long ?

----------------------------------------

THE OLD
LABOR REGS
DRAFTED BACK IN THE FDR 30S
NEED UPDATING

TRANSLATION

BUSH TEAM
WANTS TO CUT OUT
SOME SERIOUS
 time and a half

PROPERLY
KARL ROVERED
THIS COMES OUT

8 MILLION WAGE FOLKS
WEREN’T GETTING
 THE PROPER RECOGNITION
FOR THEIR SKILLS
AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SO AS PART OF THE LITTLE GUY
FEATHER IN YOUR CAP PROGRAM

chief little George’s
top pow wow war party

sez to republidonic congress
lets give out
a lot more dignity
for just
 a little less pay

what a swap

---------------------------------

8 MILLION
get shiny new
 titles
 in exchange for
a little bottomless
  STAIGHT TIME

 i get it boys

GIVE hot air plenty of hot air
but
 TAKE only cash
----------------------------

 by the way
speaking of relabeling

theres been a lot of talk
on the hardon right
 about surging self employment
offsetting corporate job shredding
the back and forth here is silly
beyond words

but think bigger boys
 I suggest you
redefine all jobless folks
as self employed

 in a very clear sense
they are self employed after all
the 40 or so hours
 boss man use to utilize
 are now their own again
to do with as they will
who sez
they can’t make a buck for themselves
why not paint on velvet
that sells paint a flag and a helmet on velvet
for the jobbless
we are a land of pure opportunity

what a mo do i hear
JESUS in my mind

“ no one is really jobless
 my son....
  finding a job is a job ”

 there you have it
its got devine authority
behind it
and i know
 cause
the Lord
 told me SO hisself
