thank god at long last we now have two domains of security a homeland security and a national security if still cleverly mislabeled national interests are now clearly seperated from true blue homeland interests till now for 60 years they were conflated its been a big muddle since pearl harbor now ironically 9/11 “ the second pearl harbor” may give some of us a chance to rethink the whole game plan take that wicked euphemism American interests that's overseas stuff right and we don’t mean tourists in a bus headed for the Acropolis or medical students cutting up stiffs at some clip rate tropical med school not even our embassies and off shore military bases are really primary american interests MILITARY BASES american interests fuck NO the bases are there cause we got interests -------------------------------------------- today what the fuck else could american interests be today american interests are corporate interests private corporate interests not religious conversion projects or other do good dribble that's the mellon balls the meal the meat the stuff they bring ya on the big platter that's corporate through and through banks and pipelines and mine shafts and electric plants and what else and what ever and what have you including every conceivable type of intangible Y O U OWE ME from rights of way to exclusive licenses to controling interests ----------------------------------------------- now at last with a department of homeland security finally we can talk about the one that is our own security at home here without the other we can be for increasing the one while deep sixing the other we can show we’re for protecting this fine country of ours we can show our willingness to pay billions for homeland defense if thats what it takes but not a penny to arm and protect even one overseas corporate adventure project our operating principle can be simplicity itself if some of our fellow americans want to go some where outside our borders if they want to stay to play some where anywhere out there it better not require the UNITED STATES' MARINES to shoot a way in or a way out for them or rescue their property or collect their bills either that's a matter between each highly private american and the governing authorities of the said target nation he or she is licking their chops over caveat gringo !!!!!! -------------------------------------------- breath easy folks now we can be all about domestic security now we can ask what is this overseas national security bit anyway we can ask how's it national ? for that god damn matter we can ask how’s it patriotic patriotic means the love of our land the land under our feet gods grace to us lucky suckers not some sister fucking cane farm in Luzon or an oil rig at the mouth of the Gambia or a tin shed whacking out sneakers in Java what's that got to do with me or you or this bright and free land of ours ask the bastards every time the one question why beyond our shores and borders ? they got no decent security answer never in our history have we been less vulnerable and i don’t mean terror tot symbolics here i mean substantial external threat to our way of life ------------------------------------------------------------- is the system of nation states really lined up one after the other like a set of 200 dominos knock one down and .... are we really the last domino no matter who’s the first fuck no ! sure Pearl and the Towers prove we can get whacked its going to happen from time to time but hey guys both of those acts proved the same point we don’t go down do we no the message is clear YOU STRIKE US YOU PAY NO better yet YOU OVER PAY ------------------------------- then again Pearl was an attack by a nation state we squeezed cause it was cutting into our pacific action and the towers were hit by terrorists cause we’re running sheik puppets funding fort Isreal and stationing troops in the Gulf for the oil boys those motives to strike at us can’t exist if we keep the guns at home and when we travel don’t expect to buy up the place or build their future to our specs ----------------------------------- what about the terrorists?
